To order medicine on All Samadhan, first download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Create an account using your mobile number, then enter your delivery address. Next, search for the medicines you need or browse categories, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Upload a prescription if required for certain medications. Finally, choose your payment method (such as cash on delivery, mobile banking like bKash/Nagad, or card) and confirm your order. A nearby partner pharmacy will prepare your medicines, and a delivery agent will bring them to your doorstep.
It depends on the medicine. You can order general over-the-counter medicines without a prescription. However, for certain medicines (like antibiotics, sedatives, or other regulated drugs), the app will ask you to upload a valid doctor’s prescription. All Samadhan follows government rules to ensure safe dispensing of medications. If a prescription is required, simply take a clear photo of it and upload it when prompted. This way we verify that the medicine is appropriate, and it keeps you safe.
Delivery charges are kept reasonable and are displayed upfront in the app before you confirm an order. Typically, there is a small delivery fee (for example, a flat rate within city areas) which helps compensate the delivery partner. In some cases, large orders may even qualify for reduced or free delivery promotions. There are no hidden costs – any service fee or charge will be clearly shown when you place the order. If your order is very small, a minimum delivery charge may apply, but All Samadhan always tries to make medicine delivery affordable for everyone.
All Samadhan strives to deliver medicines as fast as possible. Delivery times can vary based on your location and traffic, but typically if you are in a city area, you may receive your medicines within a few hours on the same day. Many orders in central areas are delivered within 1-3 hours. For locations farther from partner pharmacies or during peak traffic, it could take a bit longer, but we will keep you updated through the app. You can also track your order status in real-time. In all cases, we aim for prompt delivery because we know medicine can be urgent.
All Samadhan’s medicine delivery service is expanding rapidly. We currently deliver in major city areas (including Dhaka, and other metropolitan regions) through our network of partner pharmacies. Our goal is to serve customers all over Bangladesh. If you are in Dhaka city, you can definitely use the service; we have also partnered with pharmacies in other cities and towns to gradually enable nationwide coverage. In the app, when you enter your address, it will let you know if delivery is available in your area. We are continuously onboarding new pharmacies across different locations, so even outside big cities, chances are growing that All Samadhan can reach you.
You can place an order on All Samadhan at any time—our app is operational 24/7. Many of our partner pharmacies operate late hours, and we have delivery agents available in shifts, so we strive to fulfill orders even at night. In urgent cases, if you need medicine at 2 AM, for example, the app will show you pharmacies that are open and able to serve. That said, the speed of delivery at very late hours might be slightly slower if fewer pharmacies are open in your area. But rest assured, All Samadhan’s customer support and ordering system are active round the round. We are here to help whenever you need medicine, day or night.
Yes, your medicines are guaranteed to be genuine and safe. All Samadhan only partners with licensed, reputable pharmacies and authorized medicine distributors. We have strict policies to prevent counterfeit or expired drugs. Each medicine order is checked – pharmacies must verify batch numbers, expiry dates, and seals before handing the order to the courier. All sensitive or high-risk medicines are dispensed only when a valid prescription is provided. We take medicine safety very seriously: 100% of the medicines delivered through All Samadhan are original and come from trusted sources. You can trust that you will receive the exact medicine you ordered, in proper condition, every time.
All Samadhan supports multiple convenient payment methods. You can pay for your medicine order through secure online payments or in cash. We accept mobile banking options popular in Bangladesh, such as bKash, Nagad, and others, directly through the app. You can also pay by debit or credit card if you prefer. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you will hand over the payment in Taka to the delivery agent when they arrive with your medicine. The app will show you the available payment options at checkout. No matter which method you choose, All Samadhan ensures your transaction is safe and recorded – so you’ll always have a receipt and order confirmation.
Yes, absolutely. Once you place an order, you can monitor its progress in real-time using the All Samadhan app. The app will show updates such as when the pharmacy has accepted your order, when the medicines are packed, and when a delivery agent is on the way. You will be able to see the delivery agent’s current location on a map and an estimated arrival time, similar to tracking a ride. We also send notifications at key steps – for example, “Your order is out for delivery.” This real-time tracking gives you peace of mind, as you’ll know exactly where your medicine is and how soon it will reach you.
In most cases, the app only shows medicines that are in stock at our partner pharmacies. We encourage pharmacies to keep their inventory updated on All Samadhan. However, if an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable (for instance, if it just went out of stock or there was a stock update delay), the pharmacy or our support team will immediately notify you. Often, we will suggest an alternative brand of the same medicine, or you can choose to cancel that item. You won’t be charged for any medicine that isn’t provided. Our goal is to fulfill your order completely, but if something isn’t available, we handle it transparently: you decide whether to accept a substitute or cancel, and any refund (if you paid in advance) will be processed promptly.
Yes, you can cancel an order, but there are some conditions to be fair to everyone. If you cancel soon after placing the order (before the pharmacy has prepared it or before the delivery agent has been dispatched), then you can usually cancel free of charge. However, if the pharmacy has already prepared your medicines or the delivery agent is already on the way, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is only to compensate the pharmacy and delivery partner for their time and effort. The app will inform you if a cancellation fee would apply at the time of cancellation. To cancel, you can use the cancel option in the app’s order details, or contact our support team for assistance. We always try to minimize any fees, but we also want to ensure fairness to those who started working on your order.
For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines are generally not returnable once delivered, unless there was a mistake on our part. If you receive the wrong medication, a damaged product, or an item that does not match your order, please contact All Samadhan support immediately. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. We may ask you to return the incorrect medicine via the delivery agent. However, if you simply no longer need a medicine or ordered too much, we cannot take it back due to pharmacy laws and quality control. We advise customers to order carefully. Any refunds (for example, for a canceled item or a returned wrong item) are processed promptly through your original payment method or as app credit. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we handle issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
